After a couple of months delay, Topps Heritage High Numbers finally hits the shelves in the final weeks of 2021. It extends the original release from the beginning of the year, and covers the base numbering 501-700, with an additional 25 SPs running to 725. Also available in this release in While there are insert sets included, it’s not really the focus of this set, is card 216, which was originally skipped in the first release, so a complete set would actually be 201 cards.
A box features 24 packs with 9 cards per pack, including one autograph or relic per box. Each box also includes a box topper, which could be new for Heritage, or an original 1972 Topps buy back card stamped for the 50th anniversary.
As some of the delayed sets start to trickle out, it’s unclear what the future will look like. Chrome is always a popular release, and this one seems no different. It gives you a high quality product featuring a lot of autographs. This set features 100 base cards, along with a lot of different parallels, and a handful of insert sets.
A box contains 24 packs with 4 cards per pack. Each box advertises two autographs.
This year, the WWE releases have been few and far between so far, but it’s nice to get the NXT entry. I’m still not a fan of the format where the base cards are matches or other events, rather than wrestler cards, though. An insert set called “We Are NXT” fills the need for roster cards, however. This is a pretty basic release, but still nice to see.
A box features 18 packs, with 7 cards per pack. The configuration ensures you will not get a full base set with one box, however. Each box advertises two autographs, as well.
As with many releases during the pandemic times, this one got pushed back a little bit into an August release. It has the now standard configuration with 300 base cards and 50 additional base SPs. This is a combination of current and retired baseball stars, along with various other pop culture people from across the board. This year feels a little bit light on the random inclusions compared to last year, but they’re still present.
A box contains 24 packs of 8 cards, with an additional box topper. The box advertises three hits, consisting of autographs, relics, and more.
Stadium Club is always a collector favorite, and this year is no different. You just can’t beat the quality and selection of photos in this product. It features a combination of current stars, rookies, as well as star from yesteryear. The full bleed photos stand out from other releases, along with the gloss finish.
A box comes with 16 packs of 8 cards each. It advertises 2 autograph cards per box. There will also be a number of parallels and inserts, as well.
